Warranty Coverage for Stainless Steel Oil Pans

Limited 10 Year Warranty - Oil Pans

Seller warrants to the purchaser and the ultimate retail purchaser that the products manufactured by seller are free of defects in material and workmanship. If the purchaser or the ultimate retail purchaser notifies seller within 10 years after purchase by either of any such defects, seller shall, at its option, repair or replace the defective products. The foregoing warranty does not include damage to the product resulting from improper installation, unreasonable use or abuse of the product, failure to provide or use of improper maintenance, failure to follow the installation and use instructions, or unauthorized repair or alteration. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED IN THE ABOVE EXPRESS WARRANTY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO PURCHASERS. NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE MADE. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION AS SET FORTH ABOVE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MANUFACTURER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty gives purchasers specific legal rights and such rights may vary from state to state. The foregoing warranty shall extend to any repaired or replaced products for a period identical to the original warranty from the date of repair or replacement. If the purchaser or the ultimate retail purchaser does not so notify seller of any defects within such period, seller shall have no further liability or obligation to the purchaser or ultimate retail purchaser. All shipping, freight and insurance charges in connection with the return of defective products to seller shall be borne by seller. Any purchaser or ultimate retail purchaser must maintain proof of purchase of the product from either Seller or an authorized distributor to prove date of purchase in the unlikely event of a warranty claim.
